Concrete Revealed was founded in 2004 by George Wert. George had an early start in construction, working with his father on a variety of building projects. Growing up in South Florida he was drawn to art deco architecture which in part is characterized by its use of decorative concrete. He has always been impressed with the skill of the artisans of this era. George was fascinated by the variety of applications he saw, considering the smooth feel and the color variations that could be achieved. George moved to Austin, Tx. in 1995 where he continues his education. As a craftsman and business owner, he has sought out the methods of fabrication, and become more experienced in his knowledge and use of techniques in decorative concrete work. After obtaining the correct equipment and training, Concrete Revealed is proud to be a leader in the growing field of decorative concrete. We are a family owned business servicing the greater Austin, Texas area.
