Our Process

Please contact us to discuss your project details and to schedule an appointment to view samples. Possible options include color, aggregate type and/or exposure, sinks, drain boards, inlays, backsplashes and edge detail. All of these options will affect the price and must be decided before an accurate estimate can be given. If necessary custom samples can be fabricated at this time. Please allow two weeks lead time for completion. Estimates can be delivered by way of e-mail or fax. A signed copy or confirmation of acceptance of estimate along with a 50% deposit must be received before commencement of work.

Upon approval we will schedule a trip to the project site for templating. Most concrete countertops will require physical templates. Templating is done based on finished and installed cabinetry which must be complete prior to our arrival. In the case of remodels, templating can be done over existing countertops. Arrangements will need to be made for removal of existing countertops. All fixtures including sinks and faucets must be available at the time of templating.

It typically takes about 2-3 weeks to fabricate a concrete countertop. This will largely depend on its size and complexity as well as how full our production schedule is. We can usually provide an approximate installation date at the time of templating. Concrete Revealed will make every effort possible to deliver our product in a timely manner.

We will contact you several days prior to installation to arrange exact delivery times and to discuss any last minute details. Customer will be responsible for all plumbing and electrical disconnection and reconnection. In the case of under mount sinks, we will attach the sink to the countertop. Installation typically takes less than one day. Final payment will be due upon installation.
